Returns
To return an item(s), please send back with the original packaging and indicate the reason for the return. Send the item(s) to the address which appears at the top of the packaging insert. Goods must be returned within 3 weeks of order date – unused and unwashed. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered), or we can also hold a credit against your details for future purchases if chosen. ALEKS K bambini strives to deliver you a product of the highest quality, if you are unhappy with any part of your purchase please feel free to tell us, your comments are very much appreciated.
Exchanges
If once you get your ALEKS K bambini product home and change your mind on design we are more than happy to exchange your goods. The goods must be unused and unwashed. Send the item(s) to the address which appears at the top of the packaging insert and indicate what your new product requirements are, if possible please indicate an alternative as we may have sold out of your first choice. Please note normal postage charges will apply.
